General Legal Notice & Terms of Service
Emanuell Charis GmbH – As of July 2025

1. Eligibility Requirements
   The services offered may only be used by individuals who are of legal age and fully legally competent. By using the services, the client declares that they are capable of acting on their own responsibility and are aware that the services are based on spiritual and individual worldviews, which may not conform to generally accepted scientific or technical standards.
2. Medical Disclaimer
   Emanuell Charis GmbH does not provide any medical or healing services. No diagnoses are made, no promises of healing are given, and no medical or psychotherapeutic treatments are performed. The services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Clients with health concerns are explicitly advised to consult a doctor or licensed therapist.
3. Nature of Services
   All services are strictly individual and based on spiritual and energetic concepts. They are not standardized products but rather personal consultations, energetic processes, or spiritual applications. A specific outcome – such as the return of a particular person, healing, transformation, or the occurrence of a particular event – is neither guaranteed nor contractually owed.
4. Contract Formation & Payment
   The contract is concluded through payment of the agreed fee and the client's implied acceptance in accordance with § 151 of the German Civil Code (BGB). By making payment, the client explicitly requests the commencement of services before the statutory cancellation period ends (§ 356 para. 4 BGB). Payment must be made in advance and by bank transfer. The service will only be provided once payment has been received.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Waiver
   Consumers generally have a legal right of withdrawal under § 355 BGB. However, this right may expire early under § 356 para. 4 BGB if the client requests the service to begin before the withdrawal period ends and has been informed of the consequences.

A withdrawal form will be provided to the client together with the invoice. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded. If no explicit objection is submitted by email within 24 hours of payment, the waiver of both the right of withdrawal and of any expectation of success shall be deemed legally accepted.

   Emanuell Charis guarantees complete discretion and confidentiality. All information disclosed or shared in the context of spiritual work is treated as strictly confidential.
2. No Promise of Success
   The services of Emanuell Charis GmbH are based on spiritual principles, intuition, energetic perception, and spiritual work. The client explicitly acknowledges upon booking that no success or result is owed in a legal sense. No legal guarantee of effectiveness or outcome is given.
3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
   The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
   The place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, insofar as the client is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, or does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
   For consumers residing within the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection laws and jurisdictions of their respective country of residence shall additionally apply.
